  Could be a sighting but looks more like the film speed was increased. I actually saw the serpent Aug 20, 2000 off the georgia coast between 5-6:30 pm. If I “had” a movie cam, I would be rich right now.

  The brief appearance of the subject seems to indicate an actual animal rather than a hoax-I do believe this clip is genuine, but it’s subject too open to debate.
