My mother Betty Mosley also saw Champ; we were fishing over by the Crown Point Bridge on the big rock by the fort and it's head came up out of the water by the bouy. My mother was so scared, we packed up and left. Their names previously were listed on the original sighting boards. I see now there is one board and updated. Who decided who's name stayed on the board?
